RETURN POLICY - Because of the nature of our business we are not able to offer exchanges as most items are a one time item. You are able to get store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive the item please allow 5-7 days for the credit to be posted to your account.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a RAN number to start the return process. Returns must be postmarked by 7 days of the delivery date.
FINAL SALE - All items ending in $.99 are a final sale item and are not eligible for returns. All sale and discounted items are final sale. All sales are final on jewelry, accessories including hats, beanies, purses, and graphic T’s. Any foundation wear, including leggings are final sale for hygenic reasons. All style boxes and grab bags are final sale.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS - If you have received an item you believe is defective please email email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please include details about the defective item and attach a picture. Our awesome CS team will be able to help you with that! Please remember that some items have unfinished edges or have a “rustic” or “boho” look to them. We try to be very descriptive when explaining these items.
There is a 10% restocking fee applied to any return.
If your item does not end in a $.99, is not a final sale or style box, is within 7 days of receipt, does not smell like smoke or any other odor, contains no animal hair or makeup/deodorant stains, is unwashed and unaltered. You are eligible to return it.
