Hey guys! We know that not every amazing thing works out, and sometimes you need to return something. We accept returns, just follow the process below!
RETURN POLICY - Because of the nature of our business we are not able to offer exchanges as most items are a one time item! You are able to get store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive the item please allow 5-7 days for the credit to be posted to your account. You also get an email letting you know when your credit is applied!
Please email email@example.com to get a RAN number to start the return process. Returns must be postmarked by 7 days of the delivery date.
FINAL SALE - All items ending in $.99 are a final sale item and are not eligible for returns. All sale and discounted items are final sale. All sales are final on jewelry, accessories including hats, beanies, purses, and graphic T’s. Any foundation wear, including leggings are final sale for hygenic reasons. All style boxes and grab bags are final sale.
There is a 10% restocking fee applied to any return.
If your item does not end in a $.99, is not a final sale or style box, is within 7 days of receipt, does not smell like smoke or any other odor, contains no animal hair or makeup/deodorant stains, is unwashed and unaltered. You are eligible to return it.
