Return Policy: Please submit your return request within 7 business days of the delivery date. Items may be returned for Emma Lou's store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. 

Return Conditions: All clothing must be returned in NEW condition. When reviewing, we look for the following - tags must be attached exactly as received & items must be free or odors and signs of wear.

Shipping: Return shipping for customer preference is non-refundable. Once return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be refunded.

Final Sale Items: Any item purchase at a discount price is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Items include: items ending in $.99, all sale and discounted items, jewelry, accessories, hats, beanie, purses and graphic tees, foundation wear, swimsuits & leggings, mystery boxes and any items purchases with a coupon 30% off or more or cash back. 

Defective Items: If you believe, you received a defective item, please email customer service at service@shopemmalous.com within 3 days of delivery. Include a description and picture of the issue.

Redo Return Coverage: We're happy to offer Redo at checkout! To initiate a return, click here to be taken to the return portal. If you didn't purchase coverage, you can purchase a discounted label in the portal. 

TikTok Shop Returns: All TikTok shop returns must be done through the TikTok portal.
