Important Requirements:

  • REDO must be purchased at the time of checkout. It cannot be added at a later date.
  • Orders WITHOUT REDO protection are not eligible for returns or coverage. They are considered FINAL SALE.

How It Works:

With REDO PROTECTION: You can return any item from your protected order at no cost as long as it is done within 60 days of purchase. This includes items marked as final sale. If your package arrives damage or goes missing, you are covered. 

Without REDO Protection: ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or provide coverage for damaged or missing packages. 

To Add REDO Protection at Checkout: Make sure the box is checked - REDO is optional. If you do not want the protection, simply uncheck the box before completing your purchase. 


TikTok Shop Returns: All TikTok shop returns must be done through the TikTok portal.
